A fusion of rustic charm and modern sophistication, this Texas villa takes inspiration from traditional ranch-style homes while incorporating contemporary elements. Large windows flood the interiors with light, while reclaimed wood, metal accents, and stone details give the home a distinctive, timeless character.

This Southern-style villa exemplifies the perfect harmony between rustic charm and modern sophistication. Drawing inspiration from traditional ranch-style homes, this design embraces contemporary elements with expansive glass facades that allow abundant natural light to fill the interior spaces. The villa incorporates reclaimed wood, metal accents, and stone details, infusing the space with a timeless and unique character.
From conceptual design to detailed planning and estimation reports, this project involved a team of five professionals, including architects, engineers, and interior designers, all working collaboratively to create a distinctive and functional home. The layout, design choices, and materials were selected to create an inviting yet luxurious atmosphere while ensuring a seamless blend with the surrounding natural landscape. The villa features high ceilings and open-plan spaces designed for both beauty and practicality.
This project also includes a full estimation report outlining the necessary materials, labor costs, and design choices to provide a clear budget overview, ensuring the villa meets both aesthetic and financial expectations.

Landscape Size: 85 ft x 85 ft (around 250 m²)
Foundation Area: 250 m² (around 2,690 ft²)
Space Around the Villa: A generous 5-meter (16.4 ft) landscape area surrounding the house, adding to the villa’s expansive feel and connection to nature.
