About this Project
Inspired by Ibiza’s iconic whitewashed homes and airy layouts, this villa captures that relaxed Mediterranean spirit. A fusion of traditional Spanish elements and modern architecture, the design features exposed wooden beams, stone flooring, and soft neutral tones—offering a refined yet inviting retreat.

The Ibiza Villa is part of a 12-villa development in Urla, Izmir, created for a premium construction company. Designed collaboratively with a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers, I led the architectural and lighting design using SketchUp and Revit. Spanning approximately 2,690 sq ft (250 m²), this two-story residence was conceptualized to reflect a harmonious blend of local heritage and contemporary living.
