✨ Why is a chameleon sitting on my Logo?

The chameleon on my logo is named Echo — my creative voice. In Turkish, my own name, Seda, means voice, sound, echo. By placing Echo on my logo, I gave a shape to what my name stands for: a voice that transforms, adapts, and endures.

This is not just a symbol for design — it’s the story of my life.

I was born in Germany as the child of Turkish immigrants in the 80s. Unfortunately, that was sometimes a very painful experience. Later, I moved to Istanbul, where I lived for 14 years. During that time, I founded a family, gave birth to three children, and endured the heartbreak of losing one.

I had to leave behind my background, friends, and lifestyle more than once. Each time, I reshaped myself to survive and grow. I’ve experienced both hardship and luxury within my family. I founded companies across countries and continents while being a full-time mother. I even helped my family recover after a devastating house fire in Istanbul while I was in my third trimester with my son. I watched my father pass away from lung cancer.

Once again, I had to transform my life. I left family, friends, and everything familiar behind to create a new future for my children in the United States, a country I had visited a couple of times and fallen in love with.

Just like the chameleon, I have had to evolve, change colors, and adapt to new worlds. That is why Echo sits on my logo: a reminder that every challenge, every change, and every new beginning has shaped my voice as a designer, mother, and woman. Where you see Echo, you are hearing my true voice — resilient, adaptive, and always transforming through creativity.
